2. Delivery Information

Delivery costs may vary according to the volume and weight of your purchase. The price will be calculated based on what you put in your cart. Prices range from 4,80 EUR. The price will be shown as soon as you add items to your cart. Our stock is always fully updated. Estimated delivery time is stated beside each individual item.
If the item is not in our own stock, it will typically be at our remote warehouse, in which case estimated delivery will take place within 2-3 days. If an item is in backorder, it will be clearly stated by each item. In case of unexpected delays in delivery, you will always be contacted by phone.

If an item has not been delivered within 7 working days, please contact us in order to track the shipment.


Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail right after you’ve placed an order with us. Order confirmation contains, among other things:
Order number
Billing name
Billing address
Payment method
Shipping method and shipping address
Products overview

If you require additional copy of the order confirmation, please contact us through email, live chat service or phone.

Receipt
Cornfirming is the final step in your ordering process, and we recommend that you print your receipt immediately after placing a purchase. The receipt should be presented at any exchange, cancellation or complaint case.

Step 1. Find desired items and press "buy" in order to add them to your cart
Step 2. Open the cart and click on "order"
Step 3. Enter your personal information (Order Step 2 - Customer info)
Step 4. Choose desired payment and shipping method (Order Step 3 - Payment Method & Shipping)
Step 5. Confirm that you accept our Terms and Conditions by checking the box and press "Confirm" (Order Step 4 - Validate Order).
Step 6. Enter your card information (if you chose to pay with a credit/debit card) (Order Step 5 - Payment)
Done! Your order has gone through and you will receive your order confirmation.

4. Payment

Payment can be made with all common credit cards. If you are paying with a credit card, simply enter your card number, expiration date and security code when ordering the goods. Using debit cards is free because we are paying all the fees. The amount will not be deducted from your account before goods are shipped from our warehouse. Deducted amount can never be greater than what you have approved during the ordering process. You are always protected against card abuse when using your credit card. You have the possibility to refuse payment when you receive your payment history. There is no risk of card abuse if you are paying through an internet shop that uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer Protocol) for its payments. The data you submit in connection with purchases made with a credit card is encrypted (SSL) and it is only NETS that can read them (though not even them have a direct access to it). Neither ProFishingStore or others have the opportunity to read the data you submit.

Regardless of which credit card you’re paying with, we do not deduct any amount from your account until your goods are dispatched from us. 5. Prices

Our prices are updated daily on all our retail products. All prices for delivery within the EU countries are current selling prices incl. 25% VAT. Upon a delivery to an addresses outside the EU, VAT is being deducted automatically.

2. Customer Complaints

1. Refunds / Replacement Policy

You have a 14-day replacement right on all products you buy online, valid from the date of receipt. Replacement can be exercised so long as the product is returned in the same condition and quantity. Receipts should always be enclosed. In case you wish to file a complaint about a product, it needs to be returned to our address along with the RMA number.

2. Return Policy

When an item is returned and a cancelation right exercised, this can only happen if the item is returned in exactly the same condition as when you received it. You are allowed to unpack and use the product as long as you can return it in the same condition and quantity. The right to cancel cannot be exercised in case you use the product in a way that makes it obvious that its sales value is significantly reduced.

When buying fishing reels, fishing rod and waders, the intact original packaging is always a significant part of its value. That is why the packaging must always be sent back with the item you wish to cancel. The condition for exercising the cancelation right is satisfied this way.

IN SOME CASES, OPENING THE PACKAGING MEANS THAT GOODS’ SALES VALUE IS IMPARED AND YOU CAN THEREFORE NOT EXERCISE THE CANCELATION RIGHT.

If it is you who wishes to cancel the order, you are the one to stand for shipping costs when returning the goods. If you have purchased a product through our webshop, you have the right to cancel your purchase. Simply return the item to us within 14 days after you have received it. You can also cancel your order by denying receiving it and returning it to the specified address. The address is:

When you choose to cancel your purchase, the whole amount will be repaid to you by a transfer to your bank / card. The reversal occurs immediately after we have received the product and verified that it meets the requirements for right of return. Customer’s expenses will in most cases be returned to the card that was used when ordering. We will kindly ask you to enclose an RMA number when returning purchased items as it makes the whole return handling easier and quicker. After receiving the item, we will send an e-mail on the further process of your return.

3. Warranty

As a consumer you have a 2-year warranty period, which means that you can either get it repaired or replaced, refunded or reduction in price, depending on the specific situation. The condition is, of course, that your claim is justified.

Distance selling law gives you a 24 months warranty on all products. Warranty means that you, as a customer, can complain about product’s defects that have occurred within 24 months after the purchase. It is, however, essential that these defects are not caused by a misuse of the product or other inappropriate behavior that has led to shortages. You must make your claim within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered. If you make your claim within 2 months, it is considered as being timely in most cases. We reimburse reasonable freight costs you might have had in connection with the return of the product (when the claim is justified).
