ProFishingStore.com ships goods within 2-5 days from the date you place your order. If an ordered item is in backorder, an estimated delivery date will be given for the product.

2. What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs depend on the weight of the goods you buy. Shipping costs starts at 4,80 EUR and increases depending on country, weight and volume.
 

3. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide. If an order is to be sent to a country outside the EU, the VAT will automatically be deducted before the order is processed.

5. Complaints

1. How do I place a complaint?

You have a 24 month warranty on all products. Warranty means that you, as a customer, can complain about defects on the product which have occurred within 24 months of the purchase date. However, it is essential that these defects are not caused by improper use of the product or other behavior that has led to the defect. You must make your claim within a reasonable period of time after you have found the defect. Claims made within the first 2 months are always considered to be timely. We cover the freight costs you might have had when returning the product in case your claim is justified.

We would kindly ask you to send the product back to us, if you should decide to complain about the product. Please fill in the complaint form where a RMA number will appear after the creation of the complaint. Write the RMA number on the return package. It is very important that the RMA number is stated on the package as this is the identification of the complaint which includes all relevant details for a quick handling of the complaint.

2. What should I do if I wish to cancel my order?

ProFishingStore offers a 14-day cancellation right valid from the day you receive your goods. If you wish to cancel your purchase, you must notify us and return the package within 14 days after the date of receipt. You are obligated to return the item in the same condition (unopened package) and quantity as it was received. It is required that the goods are returned as a package and in the same box they were received in. If you have paid with a credit/debit card the refund will be placed onto the same card within 2-4 working days from the time we receive and register the return. If you wish to have the product exchanged for another, you need to specify the name of the new item and the item number in your RMA form. Fill in a complaint form here!

3. What are the rules regarding complaints?

When you purchase any fishing tackle, a 2 year warranty is granted on all products bought at ProFishingStore.com.

For products with limited durability, the right to place a complaint is limited by the durability stated on the product.

Any defects that have occurred during delivery from ProFishingStore needs to be reported within a reasonable period of time after the error has been discovered.

If you discover an error, please contact ProFishingStore as soon as possible.

4. When do I receive my refund?

All refunds will be issued in the original method of payment, in case you paid by credit card, and you must assume that it can take between 2-4 working days before the money can be registered on your account.

The security that is nowadays present in online payment services is actually the thing that has enabled existing of the concept of ProFishingStore. We at ProFishingStore recommend our customers to shop online, as it is at least as safe as if customers were using their cards in a 'physical' shop.

This high level of security is achieved, because the payments are carried out by using the safety standard SSL. When using SSL, our customers have no reasons to worry.

Information such as a card or an account number is not openly available online when you shop with us. Actually, we do not even have the access to your payment information, and so it should be.

In more practical terms, this means that if a customer has made an order by a mistake, the order can be cancelled (payments is canceled as well) and replaced by a new one.
